Product descriptions and images
Your piece ordered from www.shop.marzi.it could be slightly different from the images you view on our site.
www.shop.marzi.it has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However actual colours may differ from what you see on your computer screen, since:
• different screens reproduce colours in slightly different ways
• each piece is handmade and we use natural elements. So small colours differences cannot be considered as a real flaw. This is the highly desirable results of handmade items.
The amount of decoration inside a piece is related to its size. The bigger the size, the richer is the decoration. Some of www.shop.marzi.it photos are taken from the medium sized pieces.
On occasion, you may notice on the back of the object some small air bubbles, or tiny dimple. These variances and imperfections are not considered manufacturing defects. They are evidence of an original, handcrafted artwork.

Acceptance of orders
We validate your order and credit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us. Once your order has been accepted, we will dispatch it upon product availability.
Shipping Charges
Purchase prices include most of the charges needed to ship from Italy to any abroad destination (with some exceptions), i.e. safe packaging, shipping charges, full insurance.
Occasionally your country custom might ask you additional custom duties for your parcel: according to our experience most of the shipments are not subject to custom duties; Customs are used to do random checks of the parcels and sometimes it might be yours, in this case the custom duties would be about 2,5-5% of the value order.

All our products at www.shop.marzi.it are hand made, therefore it can happen that they are not available in stock.
When your order is ready, we promptly inform you and prepare the shipment.

The partnership of www.shop.marzi.it , our Customers, Freight Forwarder and Insurance Company requires all parties to be responsive and responsible. The Customer must follow a list of typical obligations. Failure to comply with policy obligations or procedures may affect claim payments.
